Permissions & Access Control

By default, there are 7 main types of users for your Drupal website: [listed below]. Each level of user has different permissions on the site, allowing them to access different parts of the site administration, and manage content.


Anonymous

This user is the general public, and is not logged in on the site.


Authenticated

This user is the general public, that you have created an account for within the website.


Administrator

Has the highest level of access, and can add/edit/delete all content, as well as manage things like menus, and user accounts.


Writer

This user can access the content overview page, create new and edit their own content such as a Blog Post, Event, FAQ, Image, Landing Page, Links, Location, News, Basic Page, Press Releases, Thank You Pages, Video and Web forms. Additionally, this user can view their own Intelligence Content Reports on nodes that a user has authored and create and edit url aliases.

 

Editor

This user has the same permissions that the Writer role has. However, they can view the overall Intelligence Content Reports and create new, edit, and delete their own as well as other's Blog Post, Event, FAQ, Image, Landing Page, Links, Location, News, Basic Page, Press Releases, Thank You Pages, Video and Web forms. 


Manager

This user has the same permissions that the Editor role has. However, they have full access to the LevelTen Intelligence Reports as well as accessing all webfrom results and editing the webform submissions. 

 

Demo

This user has the same permissions that the Administrator role has with just a minor difference.
